Turn off Smooth Scrolling

Don't like the Smooth Scrolling feature? You can turn it off easily:

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. From the View menu, select Internet Options
3. Select the Advanced Tab
4. Uncheck the Use smooth scrolling check-box
