One Click Shut Down or Restart

To Shut Down or Restart Windows with one mouse click:

Right-click the Desktop and select New > Shortcut
In the Command line box type:

for one click shut down

for one click restart
Click Next and give it the appropriate name (Shut Down or Restart)
