When you press the Print Screen button on your keyboard while you're in Windows 98, your screen is copied to the clipboard. Now start the Paint program (click Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint) and from the Edit menu select Paste. Now you can print your screen.

If you only want to print an open window, and not the whole screen, hit Alt+Print Screen.
