Fix for "Partial Web Page Rendered If HTTP Stream Terminates Early"

Microsoft have releasd a fix for the above problem, which occasionally only load a part of the HTML page. Refreshing the page may result in a fully-formed page, although subsequent refreshes may generate the same problem, cutting the HTML stream at different locations.

Microsoft released two files for this "Issue"; 1 is for the x86 platform (meaning your normal Intel or IBM compatible machines) and 1 for the Alpha platform.

The file for IBM compatibles is 3725.exe [332KB].
