There's an new and easy way to access your Favorites, even when you haven't started Internet Explorer 4. Click the Windows 98 Start menu. There is a new folder labeled Favorites. Select the folder to get a list of all your favorite sites. Click the one you want, and Internet Explorer 4 launches itself and opens the page.

If you want you can remove your Favorites folder from the start menu.
