      To Install:

          1. In the Save As dialog box, choose to save the file to a temporary folder, then click Save.
          2. Open that folder and double-click the downloaded file (tweakui.exe). This will create several new files in your folder.
          3. To install TweakUI, right click the tweakui.inf file and click Install.
          4. TweakUI will be accessible from your Control Panel
