According to a brief article in the Government Computer News (GCN), an IT publication aimed at federal, state and local governments in the U.S, Microsoft, on February 1st, announced a one month development stop on new coding, in order to concentrate on fixing bugs in existing software, one of the first visible signs of Microsoft's new "Trustworthy Computing Initiative", launched a few weeks earlier with an e-mail from Bill Gates.

tickled pink. I have two more computers to install it on. I am using AOL 5.0. Thank you for allowing me to test this, I think I fell in love with it." -- Naomi Alvarado, USA
